The Sevenday Standard

A clear process behind every service.

A dependable cleaning service needs more than a list of tasks. It needs clear expectations, a defined way to deliver the work and a process for checking and resolving issues. The Sevenday Standard gives every service that structure.

Consistency starts before the cleaning begins.

When expectations are vague, the standard can change from one visit to the next. Sevenday uses a defined process to make the property requirements, service scope and quality expectations clear from the beginning.

The process applies to both homes and commercial facilities, with the details adapted to the property and service.

Assess

Understand the property and what matters most.

Sevenday starts by reviewing the type of property, the service needed, the areas that require attention, timing and access considerations, and any priorities that affect the scope.

For commercial properties, this may include a facility walkthrough where appropriate.

Define

Turn expectations into a clear service requirement.

The agreed scope, frequency, schedule and property-specific requirements are established before ongoing service. The objective is to reduce ambiguity about what the service is intended to deliver.

Deliver

Complete the work against the defined requirements.

Sevenday cleaners work from the agreed service requirements rather than relying on a different interpretation each visit. Cleaners are background checked, personally vetted and uniformed.

Verify

Make quality visible where appropriate.

Verification can include property-specific checklists, inspections, before/after photos, service reports or other documentation appropriate to the service or account.

The exact verification method depends on the property and the agreed service. Sevenday does not present every account as having an identical inspection or reporting process.

Resolve

Give concerns a defined path to resolution.

If something is missed or does not meet the agreed standard, Sevenday uses its satisfaction/re-clean and issue-resolution process to address the concern.

Repeat

Build consistency from one visit to the next.

The goal is not a one-time good result. It is a repeatable service standard that reduces the need for the customer to supervise or continually re-explain expectations.

Your home has its own requirements.

For residential service, Sevenday reviews the home, service type, priorities and relevant access or timing details, then defines the scope for the requested service. Recurring service uses those established requirements as the baseline for ongoing visits.

Your facility needs a program built around its operations.

For commercial service, Sevenday reviews the facility type, size, operating hours, cleaning frequency, access requirements, preferred service window and current concerns. A walkthrough may be used where appropriate before the scope and proposal are finalized.

The resulting program can include property-specific requirements, after-hours scheduling, checklists and account-appropriate service documentation.
