Sevenday Services

FAQs

Sevenday uses personalized quotes because the required scope varies by property and service.

Residential Questions

What information do you need to prepare a residential quote?

Sevenday asks for the service type, postal code, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, relevant property details, desired timing and any key concerns or access notes. If you are unsure of the exact square footage, you can provide an estimate or size range.

What is the difference between recurring and deep cleaning?

Recurring Cleaning is designed to maintain an established home-cleaning routine over time. Deep Cleaning is intended for homes that need more detailed attention beyond the regular maintenance routine. The actual scope is confirmed during the quote process.

What does Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning include?

The scope depends on the property condition, occupancy/access situation and requested work. Sevenday confirms the requirements before quoting rather than publishing a universal task list.

What should I tell you about pets or property access?

Include pets, entry instructions and any access considerations in the quote request. Sevenday will confirm any relevant service arrangements before the visit. No generalized product-safety claim is implied.

What happens if something is missed?

Sevenday uses a satisfaction/re-clean and issue-resolution process. Detailed guarantee terms should only be published once the operating wording is formally documented.

Are your cleaners vetted?

Yes. Sevenday cleaners are background checked, personally vetted by Sevenday and uniformed.

Are you insured and WSIB registered?

Yes. Sevenday maintains $2 million in commercial liability insurance and is WSIB registered.

Do you publish residential prices online?

No. Sevenday uses personalized quotes because the required scope varies by property and service.

Commercial Questions

What happens after I request a facility assessment?

Sevenday reviews the facility information and contacts you about the appropriate next step. A facility walkthrough may be used where appropriate before the scope and proposal are finalized.

Do you offer after-hours commercial cleaning?

Yes. Evening and after-hours cleaning is available where appropriate, with the service window defined around the facility's operating and access requirements. Sevenday does not imply 24/7 availability.

What commercial facility types do you support?

The approved launch categories are offices, property management / condo common areas, warehouses and light-industrial facilities for normal janitorial work, and retail/showroom environments.

What is excluded from Warehouse & Light Industrial Cleaning?

Sevenday does not market hazardous-material cleanup, industrial remediation, specialized machinery/process cleaning, high-risk decontamination or other specialized industrial services.

Can you provide proof of insurance and WSIB?

Yes. Proof of Sevenday's $2 million commercial liability insurance and current WSIB registration can be supplied to commercial clients on request.

Do you use checklists or service documentation?

Yes. Sevenday uses property-specific cleaning requirements/checklists, and commercial accounts can receive inspections, service reports, before/after photos or similar documentation as appropriate to the account.

How do you prepare a commercial proposal?

The proposal is based on the facility, defined scope, frequency, schedule, access conditions and other relevant service requirements. Public instant pricing is not used.
