Office Cleaning

A professional workplace without the cleaning becoming your team's job to manage.

Sevenday creates office cleaning programs around the actual workplace: agreed service areas, access requirements, operating hours, cleaning frequency and the standard your organization expects.

A light-filled workplace common area with tables, chairs and broad windows

Inconsistent cleaning creates work for people who already have another job.

When washrooms, kitchens, entrances, work areas or common spaces are not maintained consistently, office managers and operations teams become the quality-control department by default.

A better program starts with a defined scope and a clear process for what happens when something needs attention.

Define what matters in your workplace.

Depending on the office and agreed scope, the cleaning program can address applicable:

  • entrances and reception areas;
  • work areas and shared spaces;
  • washrooms;
  • kitchens and break areas;
  • meeting and common areas;
  • floors and other routine janitorial requirements.

The actual service is confirmed during assessment. This page does not create a universal task list for every office.

Clean when it makes sense for the workplace.

Sevenday supports evening and after-hours cleaning where appropriate. The service window is defined around operating hours, building access and the agreed cleaning requirements.

Keep expectations clear after the proposal is signed.

Property-specific requirements, checklists and appropriate quality-control documentation give the team a defined reference point for the service. Depending on the account, this may include inspections, service reports or before/after photos where appropriate.

If something is not right, Sevenday uses a satisfaction/re-clean and issue-resolution process rather than leaving the concern without an owner.

The people entering your workplace should meet a professional standard.

Sevenday cleaners are background checked, personally vetted and uniformed. Sevenday maintains $2 million in commercial liability insurance and is WSIB registered.

Proof of insurance and WSIB can be supplied to commercial clients on request.

A commercial quote starts with understanding the office.

Request → qualification → walkthrough where appropriate → defined scope → proposal

The assessment captures the office size, operating hours, service frequency, preferred cleaning window, access requirements and current pain points so the proposal can reflect the actual workplace.
