Warehouse & Light Industrial Cleaning

Routine janitorial cleaning built around the way your facility operates.

Sevenday provides normal janitorial cleaning for warehouse and light-industrial environments, with the scope, access, cleaning window and quality requirements defined for the facility.

Focus the program on routine facility cleanliness.

Depending on the facility and agreed scope, Sevenday can address applicable:

  • offices;
  • washrooms;
  • lunchrooms and break areas;
  • entrances;
  • common areas;
  • floors;
  • routine/basic dust-control needs.

Every facility is assessed before the final scope is defined.

Normal janitorial cleaning — not specialized industrial remediation.

Sevenday does not market or provide this service as:

  • hazardous-material cleanup;
  • industrial remediation;
  • specialized machinery or production-process cleaning;
  • high-risk decontamination;
  • other specialized industrial services outside normal janitorial capability.

If a requirement falls outside normal janitorial cleaning, it should not be represented as part of this service.

Warehouses require practical planning before service begins.

The assessment should establish facility size, operating hours, active work zones, access requirements, washroom and break-area needs, floor considerations, cleaning frequency, preferred service window and any other relevant routine janitorial requirements.

The defined scope becomes the reference point for delivery and quality review.

Coordinate cleaning with the facility's working schedule.

Sevenday supports evening and after-hours cleaning where appropriate. The service window is agreed around operating hours, site access and routine cleaning needs.

This does not imply 24/7 availability.

Keep routine janitorial requirements visible and accountable.

Property-specific checklists and appropriate verification help keep the standard clear. Depending on the account, Sevenday can also use inspections, service reports or before/after photos where appropriate.

If something is not right, the concern follows Sevenday's satisfaction/re-clean and issue-resolution process.

Commercial proof available when your facility requires it.

Sevenday maintains $2 million in commercial liability insurance and is WSIB registered. Cleaners are background checked, personally vetted and uniformed.

Proof of insurance and WSIB can be provided to commercial clients on request.

Define the routine janitorial requirement before pricing it.

Sevenday reviews the facility type, approximate size, operating hours, service frequency, preferred cleaning window, access conditions and primary cleaning concerns. A walkthrough can be used where appropriate before preparing the scope and proposal.
