A Cleaning Program You Don't Have to Manage.

Sevenday builds facility-specific cleaning programs around a defined scope, dependable scheduling, quality control and clear issue resolution — so your team is not left managing the cleaners.

The service should be defined before the first regular clean.

Commercial cleaning becomes difficult when expectations live only in someone's head. Areas get missed, standards drift and internal staff end up spending time explaining what should already be understood.

Sevenday starts by assessing the facility and defining the service requirements. The agreed scope, schedule and property-specific expectations become the reference point for delivery, verification and issue resolution.

When cleaning is inconsistent, your team feels it.

Common problems include missed areas, changing standards from one visit to the next, unreliable scheduling, poor communication and no clear ownership when something goes wrong.

Sevenday's approach is designed to replace that ambiguity with a defined program and a clear resolution path.

The Sevenday Standard

A repeatable process behind the cleaning program.

  1. Assess

understand the facility, operating environment, access requirements and service priorities.

  2. Define

document the agreed scope, schedule and property-specific cleaning requirements.

  3. Deliver

complete the service against those requirements.

  4. Verify

use the appropriate quality-control process, including checklists, inspections, service documentation or photos where appropriate.

  5. Resolve

address concerns through Sevenday's satisfaction/re-clean and issue-resolution process.

  6. Repeat

maintain the agreed standard from one service visit to the next.

Scheduling around your operations

Cleaning should fit the facility, not disrupt it.

Sevenday supports evening and after-hours commercial cleaning where appropriate. Scheduling is defined around the facility's operating hours, access requirements and service needs during the assessment process.

Do not interpret after-hours capability as 24/7 availability; the agreed schedule is facility-specific.

Quality control and documentation

Make the standard visible.

Depending on the account, Sevenday can use property-specific checklists, inspections, before/after photos, service reports or similar documentation to support quality control and accountability.

The exact documentation approach is defined for the account rather than promising one universal reporting format for every facility.

Professional people. Defined requirements. Documented proof.

Sevenday cleaners are background checked, personally vetted and uniformed. Sevenday maintains $2 million in commercial liability insurance and is WSIB registered.

Proof of insurance and WSIB status can be supplied to commercial clients on request.

Start with the facility, not a generic package.

No instant public commercial pricing is used at launch.

  4. Defined scope — establish the cleaning requirements, schedule and service expectations.
  5. Proposal — receive a proposal based on the defined facility requirements.
