About this policy
Sevenday Services Inc. ("Sevenday", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit sevenday.services, send us a message, request a residential cleaning quote or request a commercial facility assessment. This policy describes how this website handles that information.
Information we collect
When you use our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and message. For cleaning requests, we also collect your postal code and preferred contact method where supplied. Residential requests may include property type, size, bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, cleaning needs, requested frequency and timing, access considerations and notes. Commercial requests may include your organization and role, facility address and type, size, operating hours, cleaning requirements, requested schedule, current arrangements and notes.
Please provide only information needed to assess your request. Do not submit payment details, passwords, door or alarm codes, medical information or other sensitive information in website forms. Access arrangements can be discussed separately when needed.
For cleaning quote and assessment requests, we also record when the request and its contact acknowledgement were submitted, the form version, processing status and notification status. To understand the source of a cleaning request, we may record the first page visited, the referring page and campaign parameters supplied in the website address. Query strings are removed from stored landing-page and referring-page addresses; recognized campaign parameters are stored separately.
Our web server processes technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the website. IP addresses are used temporarily for request rate limiting and are not stored in the website's lead records. Server and error logs may contain technical request information.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, prepare a quote or assessment, contact you, discuss or arrange requested services, maintain a record of the enquiry and handle related questions or concerns. We use technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and request-source information to understand how enquiries reach us.
Submitting a request authorizes us to review it and contact you about it. It does not subscribe you to marketing messages. The current website does not collect payments or provide customer login accounts.
Service providers and disclosures
Our website is hosted in Canada. IONOS provides our email service and processes information included in enquiry notifications. Our service providers may process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of the country in which it is processed.
We limit access to people and service providers who need the information for the purposes described here. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or as permitted by applicable law to protect rights or address misuse.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a security cookie to protect form submissions and an encrypted first-party request-context cookie to associate an enquiry with its initial landing page, referring page and campaign information. The request-context cookie lasts up to seven days. The form-security cookie is a session cookie. Blocking cookies may prevent forms or request attribution from working as intended. We remember your acknowledgement of the cookie notice in your browser’s local storage until you clear the website’s stored data. This acknowledgement does not enable optional analytics.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are currently disabled. The current website does not load advertising trackers, third-party CAPTCHA services, embedded maps or remote fonts. We will update this policy and provide appropriate choices before enabling optional analytics or introducing materially different information uses.
Retention
We retain enquiries for six months, after which we delete them or remove identifying details, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding dispute. Records needed to provide an ongoing service are retained for that purpose and applicable legal obligations.
Technical information is retained only as long as needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website or meet applicable legal obligations.
Safeguards
The website uses HTTPS, restricted server and database access, protected configuration files and form-abuse controls. Notification emails are submitted to the SMTP service over an encrypted connection. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or withdraw consent to further use, subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions. Withdrawing information needed to respond to an enquiry may prevent us from completing that response. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request; please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process.

If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the applicable reason and any available next steps. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada about a privacy concern.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent before using information for a new purpose.
